Aptenia cordifolia also known as the heartleaf ice plant. The plant belongs to the family of Aizocea.

The plant is a succulent plant with purplish pink color flowers with yellow center in it.

The leaves of the plant resemble a heart thus the name. The plant is common in Arizona and California.

The plant could be in your ground covers as they love spreading when provided moist soil.

Basic Care

This perennial plant needs abundant of sunlight and water. The plant belongs to tropical and tender perennials.
