Hemerocallis Fulva Kwanso is a variety daylily native to Asia. Kwanso is known for its beautiful foliage and its bright orange double flower. Kwanso is also known as orange day lily or tiger lily.
They are easy to grow and require minimal care.Kwanso is usually drought tolerant plant and they perform well with a constant moisture of the soil. All you need is to provide them with suitable soil, water plus you need to plant them in a proper position. They love growing inside huge containers. The plant has markings hence the name as tiger lily.
The spacing required by the Kwanso plant is from 24 to 36 inches to have aerated growth.The average height of the plant is between 2 to 3 feet.
The plant requires direct and bright sunlight for 6 to 8 hours in a day. Avoid keeping them under shady location as then the plant would start to lean towards light and would fall over. The ideal temperature required by the plant is from 13°C to 24°C.
Kwanso has average water needs.
Water them with 2 to 3 cups of water daily, especially during the summer season. Do not overwater the plant as then the soil would turn damp in texture.

The flowers are dried and used as a seasoning for salads.
